1. Legal Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation

Liquidifie is an independent seller and rebottler of authentic fragrances.

  • Not an Authorized Reseller: Liquidifie is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the fragrance houses, designers, or manufacturers whose products we sell.

  • Trademark Use: All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used here solely for descriptive purposes to identify the fragrance being decanted.

  • Independent Packaging: You acknowledge that the product you receive will be hand-decanted into Liquidifie’s own independent packaging and will not come in the original manufacturer’s bottle or box.

2. Product Authenticity & Quality

  • 100% Authentic: We guarantee that every fragrance sold is 100% authentic, sourced from authorized retailers or directly from the brands.

  • Integrity of Product: While we take extreme care to maintain the integrity of the scent during the decanting process (using sterile equipment), you acknowledge that the act of decanting (opening the original bottle) may slightly alter the shelf life or exposure to air compared to a factory-sealed bottle.

3. Health, Safety, and Allergy Warning

Fragrance products are for external use only. * Allergy Notice: Fragrances contain various chemical and natural ingredients that can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to check the ingredient list (available on the original manufacturer’s website) before use.

  • Liability Waiver: By purchasing from Liquidifie, you agree that Liquidifie shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. We strongly recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.

  • Keep Out of Reach: Products must be kept away from children and pets.

4. Shipping & Compliance (HAZMAT)

  • Flammable Liquids: Fragrances are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids. Liquidifie complies with all shipping regulations (e.g., USPS/FedEx HAZMAT guidelines).

  • Shipping Methods: Because of these regulations, fragrances must typically be shipped via ground transport. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier safety protocols.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of decanted fragrances and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of decanted vials as we cannot verify if the product has been tampered with.

  • Damaged Goods: If a product arrives leaked or broken, you must provide photo evidence to [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquidifie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
